Extremely happy with both the product and the customer service.
The gear stand is very solid, sturdy, and a huge improvement over having my gear piled up in the corner of my bedroom.
Shipping was free, and my order arrived within a week.
One part showed up slightly damaged, but customer service responded to my email within 20 minutes and immediately sent a replacement at no cost. No hassle at all, and they even told me not to worry about returning the damaged part.
